Try the first newsquiz of the year

Last week's top news quizzer was Elly Rewcastle with a massive 22 - the benefit of working in a newsroom over Christmas.  Janet Boyle also did well with 19 ... a winning score on any other week. The top team were the drinkers in the Three Legs who notched up 19, narrowly ahead of the Penman Partnership with 18. Here's this week's quiz, the first of the year.
